Supporting Local Community Projects 


Started in 2008, the Lyreco For Educarion programme raise funds from the 26 Lyreco countries to give children       living in poor conditions a better access to education.Spend time & collect money belong to the company culture and all employees are involved in raising money. 


Lyreco have supported Children in need for the last 10 years. We raised over £30,000 in pledges through our call centre in 2014


Lyreco UK support this charity by sending bulk goods that have come in for a promotion or blitz days and cannot be resold to the customer. Newlife take away these items and break down to sell in their shops to raise money for vital medical research, nurse care & equipment services for many disabled children with short term, enduring disability or very limited life expectancy. 


Lyreco have donated £5000 to a local initiative being run in the Telford borough in conjunction with The Telford Crisis Network.  The network  is an informal group of public, private, voluntary and community sector agencies who are working together to support people  in crisis across the Telford region.

BESST (Environmental Support Scheme for Telford)

·       BESST is a Telford based Environmental Network with more than 160 members

·       Mission of BESST is to improve environmental performance of local businesses by boosting efficiency and reducing the impact
on the global environment

·       Lyreco sits in the BESST steering group and the Lyreco QSS Manager is one of the vice-chairs representing large businesses

·       BESST organise 5 workshops a year on environmental topics such as: Waste minimisation, Energy Management,
Environmental Legislation and many more.
